Urgent order changes or cancellations may be possible before your order is processed. However, we cannot facilitate changes or cancel your order once your order has been prepared, framed or shipped.

To discuss an Urgent Change of Order, please contact studio@hannahnowlan.au immediately after placing your order. Please be aware that if your order is eligible for immediate cancellation, you will receive a full refund, less our $50 AUD cancellation processing fee.

All our artworks are covered by transit insurance during shipping, which covers the full value of the artwork/s during transit. In the unlikely event your artwork is damaged during transit, you will be entitled to a full refund or repair.

To inform us of transit damage, please contact the studio via email: studio@hannahnowlan.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the artwork's condition, its packaging and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier for insurance purposes.

If the damage is accepted as being caused during transit, you will be entitled to a full refund or repair and restoration, where possible.

We are not responsible or liable for any damage caused to your artwork by a third-party outside of transit damage. However, should your artwork require restoration, we can review the damage and arrange repairs at the customer's or third party's expense.

Please note: if your artwork has been damaged by means other than during transit, you will not be entitled to a refund, and Hannah Nowlan will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, negligence or inconvenience caused to you or your artwork by a third party. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by third-party artwork installers, framers or movers.
