Artist Hannah Nowlan creates a collaboration with Nunchi Oils of art, scent and nature. Exploring an inspiring mythical landscape, ‘Isle of Aeaea’, is a reminder of the ancient world that came before us.

Exploring beaches only accessible through caves at low tide, Artist Hannah Nowlan and Di of Nunchi Oils traverse Point Nepean National Park. Inspired by the unusual rock formations eroded through the years by wild winds and waves. These weathered rocks sit on the ocean's edge like petrified mystical creatures. Our imaginations run wild with the notion that these creatures are part of a mythical story and witnesses to an ancient time. Hence, Aeaea was born. Inspired by a mythical island and home to Circe, a goddess known for magical potions that turned her enemies into creatures.

This A5 print is digitally printed in a limited edition of 50. Each print is hand-signed and titled by the artist and comes with a poem printed on the reverse by Bri Horne. Each order includes a handcrafted Tasmanian Blackwood timber stand to display your artwork.
